Hindley Signs Three-Year Deal to Remain at Bora-Hansgrohe

Following his historic triumph at the Giro d'Italia, Jai Hindley has signed a contract extension with Bora-Hansgrohe, committing to the team through the 2025 season.

Hindley, 26, became the first Australian to win the Giro d'Italia in 2023, showcasing impressive strength and determination throughout the three-week race. His victory marked a significant milestone for Australian cycling and cemented his status as one of the sport's rising stars.

The Perth-born rider has been with Bora-Hansgrohe since 2020 and has consistently performed well in Grand Tours, including a fourth-place finish in the 2022 Giro d'Italia and a third-place finish in the 2023 Tour de France.

"I am delighted to extend my contract with Bora-Hansgrohe," said Hindley. "I have found a home here, and I am grateful for the support and confidence the team has shown in me. We have achieved great things together, and I believe we have even more success ahead of us."

Team manager Ralph Denk expressed his excitement about retaining Hindley, stating, "Jai is a phenomenal rider who has proven his capabilities at the highest level. We are proud to have him as part of our team, and we look forward to continuing our journey together. His determination and commitment are an inspiration to the entire squad."
